Q1. HOW HAS YOUR ROLE AS AN ASPIRING/EXISTING LEADER BEEN CLARIFIED?
WomenEd arrived in my life just as I was ready for it. Before I had encountered WomenEd, I was uncomfortable in my role as a leader primarily because I did not see myself as a leader. I had looked upon more established leaders within my institution with awe and always felt lacking in comparison.

Preparation for my presentation at the inaugural WomenEd Unconference meant that I took my first steps to share some of my own leadership experiences and lessons.
